Lauren practices Thai massage, Thai herbal compress therapy, guasha, cupping, myofascial release and acupressure. She has worked with all age groups, athletes, rehabilitation cases, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, digestive dysfunction, and the effects of trauma. Lauren works with the breath and listens to tissues to rebalance and reeducate the body.
